Never buy or sell without physically inspecting the item. Choose a busy public location — a marina, a shopping centre car park, or a police station forecourt. Bring a friend or family member when possible.

لا تشترِ أو تبيع دون فحص السلعة شخصياً. اختر مكاناً عاماً مزدحماً — مرسى، موقف مركز تسوق، أو ساحة مركز شرطة. أحضر معك صديقاً أو أحد أفراد العائلة إن أمكن.

Inspect Before You Pay

افحص قبل أن تدفع

Test the engine, check the hull, verify the registration papers and chassis number. For high-value items like boats and yachts, consider hiring a certified marine surveyor before handing over any money.

اختبر المحرك، وافحص الهيكل، وتحقق من وثائق التسجيل ورقم الهيكل. بالنسبة للقطع عالية القيمة كالقوارب واليخوت، فكّر في الاستعانة بمفتش بحري معتمد قبل دفع أي مبلغ.

Never Transfer Money in Advance

لا تحوّل الأموال مسبقاً أبداً

Do not send money via bank transfer, Western Union, crypto, or any other method before you have physically seen and agreed on the item. Legitimate sellers never ask for a deposit before a viewing.

لا ترسل أموالاً عبر التحويل البنكي أو ويسترن يونيون أو العملات الرقمية أو أي وسيلة أخرى قبل رؤية السلعة والاتفاق عليها شخصياً. البائعون الحقيقيون لا يطلبون عربوناً قبل المعاينة.

Verify Who You Are Talking To

تحقق ممن تتحدث إليه

Before calling or messaging via WhatsApp, confirm the seller's phone number matches the verified contact shown on the listing. Scammers may share a different number to redirect you away from the verified advertiser.

قبل الاتصال أو المراسلة عبر واتساب، تأكد من أن رقم هاتف البائع يطابق جهة الاتصال الموثقة في الإعلان. قد يشارك المحتالون رقماً مختلفاً لتحويلك بعيداً عن المعلن الموثق.

Watch for Red Flags

انتبه للعلامات التحذيرية

Be suspicious of prices that seem too good to be true, sellers who claim to be abroad and cannot meet, requests for unusual payment methods, and anyone who creates a sense of urgency or pressure.

كن حذراً من الأسعار التي تبدو جيدة جداً لدرجة يصعب تصديقها، والبائعين الذين يدّعون وجودهم في الخارج وعدم قدرتهم على اللقاء، وطلبات طرق الدفع غير المعتادة، وأي شخص يخلق شعوراً بالإلحاح أو الضغط.
